ABB has formed a strategic partnership with LevelTen Energy and made a minority investment in the company. LevelTen Energy, headquartered in the USA, operates a marketplace for clean energy transactions, including power purchase agreements (PPAs). The company has facilitated more than 20 GW of clean energy transactions across more than 35 markets in North America and Europe for customers including hyperscalers, commercial and industrial companies, and utilities.

TotalEnergies has signed an agreement to acquire Shell's onshore renewables business in Europe. Venterra has appointed Nigel Ward as Managing Director of Osbit, its engineering and technology business, with effect from 1 August 2026. Headquartered in North East England, Osbit has been part of Venterra since 2021. Ward succeeds Robbie Blakeman and Brendon Hayward, who have stepped down as Joint Managing Directors after leading the company for more than 15 years.
