Fulkrum has appointed Louisa Poole as Chief Financial Officer. The company provides inspection, expediting, auditing and technical staffing services across new energy markets and the upstream, midstream and downstream oil and gas sectors.
Poole brings experience from roles in wealth management, manufacturing, healthcare, logistics and private equity-backed companies. She has overseen financial operations across the UK, Europe, Asia and the USA, and is a chartered accountant with a background in mergers and acquisitions, enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems, capital management and organisational change.
