Flender has announced the expansion of its service centre in Elgin, Illinois, USA. The new facility, located next to the existing building, will include a large warehouse, in-house gear regrinding capabilities, and consolidated storage to improve access to spare parts.
It will operate in coordination with Flender’s site in Cambridge, Ontario, with both locations providing repair and remanufacturing services for industrial and wind energy applications. The facilities are supported by dedicated sales teams. Operations at the new Elgin centre are expected to begin in the first quarter of 2026.
