Sif Holding has announced that Pepijn Timmermans has stepped down as Chief Operating Officer and member of the Executive Board with effect from 15 June 2026. The decision was made by mutual agreement following discussions about the next phase of the company's development. Timmermans joined Sif as Chief Operating Officer and member of the Executive Board on 1 December 2025.
Following his departure, Chief Executive Officer Fred van Beers will assume responsibility for the operational activities previously overseen by the Chief Operating Officer. Sif does not intend to appoint a successor at this time. Sif stated that the departure is not related to any disagreement regarding the company's strategy, financial reporting, governance or operational outlook.
