NRG Systems has named John Carroll as Vice President of Global Sales. He will be responsible for NRG’s global sales strategy, with a focus on expanding international market share and supporting revenue growth. His role includes overseeing customer engagement and strengthening relationships with NRG’s authorised dealers and technical partners.
Carroll has a background in renewable energy, grid automation, power systems and decarbonisation. He was most recently Vice President for the Commercial and Industrial business in North and Latin America at SolarEdge. A retired US Navy Reserve Captain, he completed four command tours during his 25-year military career. He holds a degree in electrical engineering from N.Y. Maritime College, an MBA from Adelphi University, and certifications in strategy and policy from the National Defense University and Air Command & Staff College.
