Pattern Energy has completed the acquisition of Cordelio Power, which operates in Canada and the USA. The transaction adds around 1,550 MW of operating and under-construction assets to Pattern Energy’s portfolio, including 16 wind, solar and energy storage projects across both countries.
The company has also acquired most of Cordelio’s development pipeline in key US markets, along with its team.
