Power Sustainable Energy Infrastructure has sold the Golden South Wind Energy Project to Concord Green Energy, the renewable energy division of Concord Pacific Group. Located near Assiniboia, Saskatchewan, Golden South is the province's largest operating wind project. The 200 MW facility entered commercial operation in March 2022 and supplies renewable electricity to Saskatchewan's grid.
The project comprises 50 turbines and can generate enough electricity to supply up to 100,000 homes. Power Sustainable acquired the project through Power Sustainable Energy Infrastructure after it entered commercial operation. Potentia has continued to manage the project's day-to-day operations.
