Nordex secures 508 MW turbine orders in Canada

Synera Renewable Energy Formosa 4 signs long-term CPPA with TSEE in Taiwan

Synera Renewable Energy has signed a long-term corporate power purchase agreement with Taiwan Smart Electricity & Energy for electricity from its Formosa 4 offshore wind project. Under the agreement, a fixed portion of Formosa 4’s electricity output will be allocated to Taiwan Smart Electricity & Energy once the project is connected to the grid.
Empire Offshore Wind seeks court injunction against Interior lease suspension order

Empire Offshore Wind has filed a civil action in the US District Court for the District of Columbia challenging an order by the US Department of Interior directing a suspension of work on the Empire Wind project. The filing was made on 2 January 2026. As part of the case, Empire intends to seek a preliminary injunction to allow construction to continue while the litigation proceeds. Equinor considers the order to be unlawful and says it threatens ongoing work and the project schedule.
Goldwind secures 470MW wind turbine order in Brazil

Goldwind has finalised its first order in Brazil under the FINAME financing framework, covering more than 470 MW of installed onshore wind capacity. The order relates to a single project and marks the company’s first FINAME-qualified wind turbine generator deployment in the country.
Revolution Wind challenges lease suspension order through US court filing

Revolution Wind, a 50/50 joint venture between Global Infrastructure Partners’ Skyborn Renewables and Ørsted, has filed a supplemental complaint in the US District Court for the District of Columbia challenging a lease suspension order issued on 22 December 2025 by the Bureau of Ocean Energy Management, part of the Department of the Interior. The filing will be followed by a motion seeking a preliminary injunction against the order.
Vestas secures 183 MW of onshore wind orders across southern Europe
