Valorem has joined the Astenn Avel consortium, alongside Elicio and Q Energy, to participate in the A09 tender for a floating wind project off the southern coast of Brittany, France.
The project, located near Groix and Belle-Île-en-Mer, aims to add 500 MW of installed capacity in proximity to the existing Pennavel (AO5) site. The wind farm is scheduled for commissioning between 2032 and 2033.
