Vestas has announced new wind turbine orders in France with a combined capacity of 59 MW as part of its first-quarter 2026 order intake. The orders, located in the Mediterranean region of France, have been placed by undisclosed customers and include long-term service agreements.
The larger order covers 45 MW and consists of three V136-4.5 MW turbines and seven V150-4.5 MW turbines. The second order totals 14 MW and includes three V150-4.5 MW turbines. Both projects are covered by service agreements with a duration of 20 years. Delivery and commissioning for both projects are scheduled for the second quarter of 2027.
