GE Vernova to supply high-voltage equipment for renewable energy corridors in India

GE Vernova has been selected by Power Grid Corporation of India (Powergrid) to supply more than 70 extra high-voltage transformers and shunt reactors for major transmission projects across India. The 765 kV class equipment will support infrastructure for renewable power evacuation under India’s Tariff-Based Competitive Bidding (TBCB) framework.
STR and SubC Imaging agree subsea technology partnership
