Vineyard Wind and GE Vernova have reached a settlement to resolve outstanding litigation concerning the Vineyard Wind offshore wind project.
As part of the agreement, GE Vernova has withdrawn its notice of termination, while both parties have agreed to dismiss all pending legal claims. The terms of the settlement are confidential.
