Qualitas Energy has introduced Navaris as the new brand for its German business. Navaris will bring together the portfolio, project pipeline, teams and operational capabilities in Germany developed through Qualitas Energy Funds IV and V. Navaris has a project pipeline of more than 3 GW at an advanced stage of development.
Projects totalling 1.3 GW are already under construction or in operation, alongside a pipeline of projects at earlier stages. Since the beginning of the year, the company has secured more than 500 MW of capacity through auctions. This figure is expected to reach around 700 MW by the end of the year, while Navaris is targeting a further 1 GW in 2027.
The company covers activities from project acquisition and development through construction, long-term operation and energy management. Its activities are supported by more than 200 employees across six locations in Berlin, Hamburg, Cologne, Wiesbaden, Trier and Stuttgart.
Since entering the German market in 2018, the business has expanded its project pipeline, operational capabilities and teams. Navaris will continue to operate across the renewable energy value chain, with a particular focus on the development and repowering of onshore wind projects. Existing contractual relationships will be transferred to Navaris as part of the rebranding, with the agreed terms and cooperation remaining unchanged.
Qualitas Energy will continue to invest directly in the German market under the Qualitas Energy brand. These investments will be made through Qualitas Energy Fund VI.
