Power Factors has expanded its senior leadership team with the appointments of Ricardo Wigman as Chief Delivery Officer (CDO) and Albert Hofeldt as Chief Product Officer (CPO).
Wigman will lead the company’s SCADA, energy management system (EMS) and power plant controller (PPC) business. He joins after 11 years at GE Vernova, where he was most recently General Manager of Grid Software for EMEA. He previously spent a decade at Atos as Executive Vice President of Consulting and Systems Integration for Latin America. He succeeds George Konstantoulakis, co-founder and former Chief Technology Officer of Inaccess, acquired by Power Factors in 2022. Konstantoulakis will move into an advisory role as Executive Director of SCADA and EMS.
Hofeldt brings experience in energy storage and hybrid renewable assets. He was most recently Chief Technology Officer at energy storage company Stem, leading a 200-person team. Earlier roles include Chief Technology Officer at LiquidX and at Genscape, now part of Wood Mackenzie.
