Vaisala has introduced Vaisala Care, a service designed to help maintain the performance, reliability, and lifespan of its weather measurement systems and sensors. The service combines remote support, lifecycle management, and in-house expertise into two tiers, giving customers options that match the criticality of their operations.
Contracts are offered annually, providing predictable costs and reducing the effort required to keep systems operating as intended. Service is delivered through remote support, Vaisala service centres, and onsite visits by Vaisala or authorised partners. Customers can select a tier when purchasing new equipment or at contract renewal for existing installations.
Vaisala Care will initially be available for airport weather observation systems, with plans to extend to weather radars, wind lidars, and road weather systems throughout 2026.
