UL Solutions has issued a Type Certificate for Envision’s EN182-7.8 MW wind turbine combined with Nabrawind’s Nabralift 3.MAX HH188 tower. With a hub height of 188 metres, the configuration combines a 182-metre rotor diameter with a rated power of 7.8 MW, making it suitable for sites with lower wind speeds.
The first turbine using the configuration was installed in China in 2025. Nabrawind and Envision have since supplied 17 EN182-7.8 MW turbines with Nabralift 3.MAX HH188 towers for the 133 MW Nullagine Wind Project in the Pilbara region of Australia, which is under construction.
Nabralift is a modular, self-erecting tower system designed for onshore wind turbines, including configurations above 8 MW and hub heights exceeding 200 metres.
