Vestas has secured five orders in Germany with a combined capacity of 142 MW. The contracts cover projects for Energieplan Ost West, Enertrag and VR Bürger-Windpark in Südoldenburg, with deliveries scheduled between 2027 and 2028.
The largest order is the 43 MW Drenke wind project for Energieplan Ost West, which will use four V172-7.2 MW turbines and two V162-7.2 MW turbines. The company also ordered the 12 MW Austerdahl-Bohnenstelle project, comprising one V162-6.2 MW turbine and one V150-6.0 MW turbine. Both projects include 20-year service agreements, with turbine deliveries planned to begin in the first quarter of 2027 and commissioning expected to start in the fourth quarter of 2027.
Enertrag has placed an order for the 22 MW Bonnhagen II project, which will use three V172-7.2 MW turbines, together with a 20-year service agreement. Delivery is scheduled to begin in the first quarter of 2027, with commissioning planned from the fourth quarter of 2027.
The company has also ordered the 36 MW Ramin wind project, comprising six V150-6.0 MW turbines. The project includes a 20-year service agreement, with delivery and commissioning both scheduled to begin in the second quarter of 2028.
The fifth order is for the 29 MW Garrel wind project, developed by VR Bürger-Windpark in Südoldenburg. The project will use four V162-7.2 MW turbines under a 20-year service agreement. Delivery is planned to begin in the second quarter of 2027, with commissioning scheduled from the second quarter of 2028.
