SK and KKR have signed definitive agreements to establish a renewable energy platform in South Korea. Under the agreement, funds managed by KKR and SK will consolidate renewable energy assets previously held by SK affiliates into a single platform. The portfolio will include solar, onshore wind, offshore wind and fuel cell assets.

Bernhard Schulte Offshore (BSO) has taken delivery of Windea Clarke, the fourth and final vessel in its latest series of Commissioning Service Operation Vessels (CSOVs), marking the completion of the newbuilding programme. The vessel was christened on 30 June at Ulstein Verft in Norway and will begin its first seasonal charter on an offshore wind project in the UK North Sea.
