Norwind Offshore has announced the acquisition of six commissioning service operation vessels from Edda Wind, in partnership with Navigare Capital Partners. The vessels have either been delivered from the shipyard within the past year or are in the final stages of delivery.
They are based on the Vard 4 25 and Salt 0217 designs and are purpose-built to support offshore wind operations and the wider development of renewable energy projects. The transaction also includes the transfer of experienced crew associated with the vessels.
