Empire Energy and Ellevo Group have formed a strategic joint venture to support offshore wind projects in the UK, EMEA, APAC and LATAM regions.
Operating under the name Empire Energy–Ellevo (e3), the joint venture offers coordinated services for lifting and heavy transport across the full offshore wind project lifecycle. This includes early-stage studies (Pre-FEED and FEED), marshalling, pre-assembly, commissioning, and operations and maintenance. The e3 venture combines engineering assurance with practical delivery experience on site.
