Dong Fang Offshore has completed a capital investment in Apex Aviation and partnered with the company to launch Taiwan’s first self-operated offshore wind helicopter maintenance team.
The new service will support a range of tasks, including personnel transport, emergency medical evacuation, equipment inspection, and maintenance, complementing existing vessel-based operations. The first helicopter is expected to enter service in the fourth quarter of this year.
