Next Geosolutions has executed a financing agreement to support the acquisition of the offshore vessel Siem Day from Siem Day II. The vessel will be renamed NG Supporter.
The total investment amounts to approximately USD 112 million. Intesa Sanpaolo and Cassa Depositi e Prestiti are providing financing covering 70% of the transaction, with a repayment term of 10 years. Intesa Sanpaolo, acting as lead bank, underwrote 60% of the financed amount, while Cassa Depositi e Prestiti contributed the remaining 40%.
