Exus Renewables has agreed to acquire a 69 MW wind portfolio from German onshore wind developer Deutsche WindXperts. The portfolio includes four wind farms under development in North Rhine–Westphalia and represents Exus’ first owned projects in Germany.
Construction is planned to start in 2026, with commercial operation expected in 2028. Exus Renewables was advised by Noerr and Allegro Finance, while Deutsche WindXperts received support from BME and Capcora.
