SeaRenergy Offshore has formed a strategic partnership with Tethys Robotics, a Swiss developer of subsea robotic systems. The collaboration will see the integration of the Tethys One robot into SeaRenergy's offshore service offering.
The Tethys One is designed for automated subsea inspections and is equipped with navigation, acoustic, and contact-based data collection sensors. The partnership will begin with pilot projects in the North Sea and Baltic Sea, focusing on the inspection of offshore wind farm structures and subsea cables.
