Nordex reported a strong business performance in the fourth quarter of 2025. The company installed 376 wind turbines across 20 countries, totalling 2,083 MW in the fourth quarter, compared with 283 turbines and 1,660 MW in 18 countries in 4Q 2024. Of the installed capacity, 86 per cent was in Europe, 9 per cent in Rest of the World and 5 per cent in North America.
Sales reached around EUR 2.5 billion in 4Q 2025, up 16 per cent compared with EUR 2.2 billion in 4Q 2024. Earnings before interest, taxes, depreciation and amortisation increased by 187.6 per cent to EUR 307.4 million, resulting in an EBITDA margin of 12.1 per cent, compared with 4.9 per cent in the same period a year earlier. Net income rose to EUR 183.8 million, up from EUR 17.5 million in 4Q 2024.
In the Projects segment, order intake totalled 3,552 MW in 4Q 2025, an increase of 9.2 per cent compared with 3,253 MW in 4Q 2024. The total value of new orders reached EUR 3.2 billion, up from EUR 2.9 billion, across 12 countries and various turbine variants. The average selling price remained stable at EUR 0.89 million per MW.
As of 31 December 2025, the order book stood at EUR 16.1 billion, compared with EUR 12.8 billion a year earlier. This comprised EUR 10.1 billion in the Projects segment and EUR 6.0 billion in the Service segment.
Turbine production increased by 27.1 per cent to 3,202 MW in 4Q 2025, compared with 2,519 MW in 4Q 2024. Rotor blade output declined slightly by 0.7 per cent to 1,587 units, due to temporary delays at a supplier facility in Türkiye. Of these, 447 units were produced in-house and 1,140 units were sourced externally.
Sales in the Projects segment reached around EUR 2.3 billion, up 17.7 per cent year on year. Service segment sales increased by 3.1 per cent to EUR 240.4 million.
For 2026, Nordex Group expects further improvement in its key financial indicators and forecasts consolidated sales of between EUR 8.2 billion and EUR 9.0 billion, with an EBITDA margin of between 8.0 and 11.0 per cent.
