Hamburg Messe und Congress and Messe Berlin Asia Pacific have announced a cooperation partnership for the delivery of future wind energy events in Singapore. Under the agreement, Messe Berlin Asia Pacific will be responsible for local implementation and operations in Singapore.
The first event under the partnership will be the two-day Recharge Wind Power Summit Asia-Pacific powered by WindEnergy Hamburg, scheduled to take place on 19 and 20 May 2026 at the Suntec Singapore Convention and Exhibition Centre. This will be followed by a three-day WindEnergy Asia-Pacific powered by Recharge flagship exhibition in 2027 and again in 2029, reflecting continued growth in the Asia-Pacific wind energy market.
The events are organised by DN Media Group, through its Recharge brand, and Hamburg Messe und Congress, which operates WindEnergy Hamburg. Singapore is supporting the events through its government agencies Enterprise Singapore and the Singapore Tourism Board.
Hamburg Messe und Congress and DN Media Group will remain the exclusive owners of the event brand and concept. Messe Berlin Asia Pacific will manage on-the-ground delivery, including event operations and implementation in Singapore.
