Clarksons has appointed Rouven Willner as Head of Offshore Renewables in Singapore. Willner joined the company in 2018 as an offshore broker in Hamburg and has more than 12 years of experience in the offshore wind industry.
In his new role, he will focus on expanding the company’s activities in emerging Asia-Pacific markets, including Taiwan, Korea, Japan, Australia and the Philippines. He will support developers with vessel strategies and work with owners and shipyards on newbuilds for the offshore renewables and subsea sectors. Willner will collaborate with Neil Buchan, who has helped establish Clarksons’ renewables presence in the region, and the wider team.
