Zephyr Renewable has signed an agreement to acquire a portfolio of offshore wind projects previously owned and developed by Statkraft. All projects in the portfolio are located in Sweden. Zephyr will lead the continued development of the projects, including Bothnia Offshore Sigma and Lambda North in the Bothnian Sea.
Permit applications for these projects have already been submitted and are currently being processed by the County Administrative Board of Gävleborg.
Completion of the share acquisition is subject to approval of a foreign direct investment notification.
