Vestas has secured new orders in Germany totalling 88 MW across two projects. The first order covers the 64 MW Wehrder wind farm, developed by Windpark Wehrder Projekt, Wehrder Windpark and Wehrder Bürgerwindpark. The project will use seven Vestas V150-6.0 MW turbines and three Vestas V162-7.2 MW turbines.
The second order, with an undisclosed customer, covers a 24 MW project using four V150-6.0 MW turbines.
Both projects include 20-year service agreements, with delivery planned to begin in the first quarter of 2027 and commissioning scheduled from the third quarter of 2027.
