Hanwha Ocean has secured an order from Ocean Wind Power 1 for a wind turbine installation vessel, scheduled for delivery in the first half of 2028.
The vessel is under review for priority domestic offshore wind projects, including the Shinan Ui wind power project in Jeollanam-do, Republic of Korea. The vessel will be capable of installing large-scale offshore wind turbines of up to 15 MW.
