Exus Renewables and Pure Energy have signed a commercial partnership aimed at combining their respective capabilities in renewable energy asset management and power market trading. The initial focus will be on Germany and Poland, where the companies plan to integrate Exus’ asset management services with Pure Energy’s real-time dispatch and intraday trading activities.
Exus provides technical, financial and commercial management of renewable assets, while Pure Energy focuses on short-term trading and market execution. The company might extend the partnership into additional European markets, including Spain.
