European Energy has finalised the sale of an 83.5 MW operational wind portfolio in north-west Poland to Enea Nowa Energia. The transaction includes full ownership of EE Pommern, which indirectly holds five operational wind farms—Grzmiąca, Białogard I, Kołobrzeg, Drawsko II, and Siemyśl—totalling 44.7 MW. It also includes a 100% stake in EE Liskowo, owner of the 38.8 MW Liskowo wind farm.
All six wind farms are located in the West Pomeranian Voivodeship and were commissioned between 2021 and 2023. The projects use turbines supplied by Siemens Gamesa, GE, and Nordex, and are fully operational, contributing to Poland’s expanding renewable energy capacity.
