Envision Energy and FERA Australia have agreed to collaborate on large-scale hybrid renewable energy projects within Australia’s National Electricity Market. The partnership aims to deliver up to 1GW of wind generation and 1.5GWh of battery energy storage.
The first project will be a pilot in Victoria, combining Envision’s full converter wind turbine, grid-forming battery storage, and high-power performance control technology in a grid-connected hybrid plant.
