Deme has secured a contract to transport and install 69 wind turbines for the first phase of the Zeevonk offshore wind farm in the Netherlands. The work will be carried out by its jack-up installation vessel Norse Energi.
The contract follows Deme’s award for foundation installation at Zeevonk in July 2026. The project is jointly owned by Vattenfall and Copenhagen Infrastructure Partners through its Energy Investment Fund I. The offshore wind farm is planned to have a total installed capacity of approximately 1 GW.
