The development is designed for an installed capacity of 120 MW and is scheduled to begin operations in 2026–2027. COWI prepared the original environmental impact assessment in 2016 and now deploys more than 40 specialists across civil and structural engineering, turbine installation oversight, electrical systems, environmental management, safety procedures and progress monitoring to support delivery.
