France’s offshore wind tender AO10 closed for bid submissions at noon on 12 October 2026. The tender covers 11 projects with a combined planned capacity of approximately 10 GW, comprising 5 GW of fixed-bottom and 5 GW of floating offshore wind.
The Commission de régulation de l’énergie will analyse the submissions before the government selects the successful bidders. Awards are targeted for February 2027.
