Broadwind Energy has announced its Board of Directors has approved a US$ 4 million expansion of the company’s Abilene, TX tower facility.
The expansion plan will increase tower production capacity in this plant to approximately 200 towers annually, a 30% increase. The Company expects the expansion project to be complete in mid-2017. The additional 30% capacity should support incremental annual revenues of approximately US$ 15-20 million.
