Alexis Crama, former global head of strategy and growth initiatives at GE Renewable Energy, has joined Vaisala as its Vice President — Weather and Environment.
Prior to joining Vaisala, Crama held several key positions in the renewable energy sector. At GE Renewable Energy, he served as the Global Head of Strategy and Growth Initiatives, where he played a pivotal role in advancing the company's onshore and offshore wind, hydro, hybrid solutions, battery storage, and smart grids divisions. Prior to GE, Crama was Vice President at LM Wind Power, where he was involved in transforming the company into a global company in wind turbine blade supply, with a particular emphasis on offshore operations.
