Vestas has received a firm and unconditional order for 72MW for the Aksu wind farm in Kayseri, Turkey.
The customer is Aksu Temiz Enerji Elektrik Üretim Sanayi ve Ticaret Anonim ?irketi. Vestas will supply 36 2MW platform turbines. The contract includes supply, installation and commissioning of the turbines, a VestasOnline Business SCADA system and a seven-year AOM 4000 service contract. Delivery of the turbines is scheduled to start in Q2 2011, with completion estimated for Q4 2011.
