RP Global, a developer from Poland in the renewable energy sector, and Marguerite, a pan-European investor and co-shareholder of 49.99%, have finalised the sale of two wind farms totaling 103MW to Engie Zielona Energia.The agreement was signed on 28 July 2023, and the transaction was successfully completed following approval from Poland’s Office of Competition and Consumer Protection. The wind farms are located in northern Poland in Tychowo and Kukinia. The Tychowo wind farm consists of 20 Nordex N90 turbines and was built in 2009. The Kukinia wind farm has 23 Enercon E-82 turbines and was built in 2013.
