REpower UK has won its second contract with E.ON Climate and Renewables in the UK to develop two new wind farms in County Durham in the North East of England.
The sites located at Butterwick Moor and Haswell Moor will consist of
15 turbines, specification MM82 with a rated power of 2,050 kW each.
Together, they will produce 30.75MW of clean power. The first turbine
will be installed in July of next year at the Haswell site where five
of the 15 turbines will be located. Both sites will be fully
operational by the end of 2010.
