Romax to design 2MW gearbox for TECO

Romax Technology are to design a 2MW wind turbine gearbox for TECO’s exclusively licensed AMSC Windtec FC-2000 wind turbine, as well as providing manufacturing and certification support.

With the TECO project already underway, Romax have delivered the final design and manufacturing drawings ready for manufacture and prototype testing early in the new year. Romax certification and manufacturing experts will be on hand throughout this period to provide support where required.
