Omexom, the energy infrastructure brand of Vinci Energies, has secured a five-year contract extension and expansion for electrical operations and maintenance services at six offshore wind farms in the Dutch North Sea. Following a contract period running from 2021 to 2025, Omexom in Germany has renewed and expanded its agreement for maintenance of electrical infrastructure, including offshore substations at two of the wind farms. The new contract will run from 2026 to 2031 and includes additional services and wind farms.

The combined tender covers the Borssele 3&4 wind farm owned by Blauwwind, Borssele 5 operated by Two Towers, Hollandse Kust Noord developed by CrossWind, Hollandse Kust West VI developed by Ecowende, and the Eneco Luchterduinen and Prinses Amaliawindpark wind farms operated by Eneco.

The contract includes maintenance of the electrical infrastructure at the wind farms as well as owners’ equipment at each substation. For Prinses Amaliawindpark and Eneco Luchterduinen, Omexom will also maintain all associated substations.

Operational delivery will be handled by Omexom Renewables Energies Offshore in Oldenburg, Germany, and Omexom Offshore Benelux in Assen, the Netherlands.
