Hollandia Offshore has signed a contract with Danish power transmission company Energinet.dk for the procurement, fabrication, load out and transport for the Horns Rev C Foundation.
The foundation is 35 meter high and weighs about 1300 ton. Load out is scheduled for the second half of March 2016. The Horns Rev 3 substation is located in the Horns Rev C wind farm with a capacity of around 400MW. The wind farm is located approximately 30 km from the Danish west coast near Esbjerg.
