K2 Management’s client Highland Group Holding Limited, for which they are developing Deutsche Bucht (210MW), has acquired the neighbouring project Veja Mate (400MW).
The deal is currently undergoing due diligence, and the plan is to develop Veja Mate first due to grid connection challenges on Deutsche Bucht. Commissioning for Veja Mate is expected to be 2017 and Deutsche Bucht 2019. K2 Management will continue its work with project management and technical development on Veja Mate and then later on Deutsche Bucht.
