Fengmiao Offshore Wind has announced that the first batch of subsea foundations has been assembled at the Port of Taipei, marking the start of marine works and the transition into the main on-site construction phase.
The 500 MW project, developed by Copenhagen Infrastructure Partners’ fifth fund (CI V), reached financial close in March 2025 and is scheduled for completion by the end of 2027.
