Exus Renewables North America has secured construction financing for the Cambria Wind Farm and Highland North Wind Farm in Pennsylvania, USA. The Cambria Wind Farm is a repowered 61.6 MW project in Adams Township, Cambria County, and is currently under construction.
Commercial operations are expected to begin in autumn 2026. The Highland North Wind Farm is a repowered 75 MW project, also located in Cambria County. Both projects will use Vestas turbines.
KeyBanc Capital Markets, together with other partners, acted as coordinating lead arranger for the transaction, which provided approximately US$ 356 million in financing. The two developments expand Exus's presence in Pennsylvania, where the company owns more than 306.9 MW of wind generation capacity, including the 139.4 MW Twin Ridges Wind Farm in Somerset County.
A ribbon-cutting ceremony for the Cambria and Highland North wind farms is planned for September 2026.
