Youwind and Shoreline Wind have announced a partnership and product integration aimed at providing a connected planning workflow across the wind farm development lifecycle. The integration is intended to link early-stage site screening, layout design and energy yield optimisation with later project phases including construction planning, operations and deployment of computerized maintenance management systems.
Youwind develops software for wind farm turbine and electrical system layout, design and yield optimisation. Shoreline Wind provides simulation and optimisation software focused on wind farm design, construction and maintenance activities. The integration has been developed in collaboration with shared customers to ensure compatibility with existing engineering and operational workflows.
