Venterra Group has launched V-Data, a cloud-based platform that provides offshore wind project teams with direct, real-time access to metocean measurement data. V-Data was developed by Partrac, Venterra’s metocean and seabed consultancy company.
The platform combines datasets, metadata and operational reporting in a single environment, with direct application programming interface (API) integration into existing project workflows, automated data pipelines and quality-controlled data managed by Partrac’s metocean specialists. Its API-enabled structure also allows project teams to more easily apply machine learning and artificial intelligence (AI) tools to their data, supporting faster analysis and insight generation.
