WindSim has appointed Ingvar Aaberg as Chief Executive Officer (CEO). The company also appoints Lill Kleven as Chief Commercial Officer (CCO) and Kersti Ekeland Bjurstrøm as Chief Product Officer (CPO), leading sales and marketing and product management functions respectively.
Ingvar joined WindSim as COO last fall and brings international experience from software and telecommunications companies where he has held operational and leadership roles across commercial and technology functions.
Lill comes to WindSim with an international background from operational and strategic B2B sales and marketing roles in Orkla, Unilever and Yara.
Kersti joins WindSim as the company´s first Chief Product Officer. Kersti gained product management experience from Schlumberger where she was responsible for the company’s fluid flow simulator and scaling the digital business in the cloud.
